Service Level Agreement

This Service Level Agreement for UltraPlex serves the purpose of helping clients understand what they are legally entitled to while hosting with UltraPlex.

UltraPlex guarentees a 99.99% Uptime Guarentee for all servers and if this guarentee is broken clients may be eligible to claim compensation

Clients are eligible to get 24 hours of service credit for the affected server per 24 hours of downtime. Clients may only get up 20 days of credits per month from downtime compensation.

To claim compensation the client is required to contact support within 7 days of the downtime ending.

Downtime compensation is not always avaliable! Clients are not eligible for compensation if the downtime is announced anywhere at least 12 hours in advance, if the downtime is the client's fault, or if the downtime is caused by an act of god such as a hurricane that destroys the datacenter.
